Beste collega,

Je ontvangt deze nieuwsbrief omdat het leven in en om de HvA in korte tijd erg veranderd is. Medewerkers en studenten zijn grotendeels aan het thuiswerken en thuis studeren. Op veel plekken wordt aan creatieve oplossingen gewerkt om het onderwijs door te laten gaan. Daar mogen we trots op zijn. De HvA-nieuwsbrief laat de komende tijd zien hoe wij werken tijdens de coronacrisis. Dat betekent dat we naast de actuele, feitelijke informatie aandacht besteden aan de inspirerende verhalen en ervaringen van collega’s. Hoe ervaren we bijvoorbeeld het geven van digitaal onderwijs vanuit huis met soms kinderen, katten, honden en/of andere huisgenoten in de buurt? Wat betekent thuiswerken voor de samenwerking en het contact met de collega’s? Welke tips heb jij om het werk en de samenwerking leuk en inspirerend te houden of te maken?

Het streven is om de HvA-nieuwsbrief twee keer per week te laten verschijnen. We zullen ook het perspectief van diensten en faculteiten laten zien. Zodat iedereen weet wat ook buiten de eigen opleiding, faculteit en dienst gebeurt. Heb jij ideeën of weet je waar mooie verhalen te vinden zijn? Geef het door aan redactie@hva.nl.

• Voor de laatste, meest actuele informatie over de coronacrisis: coronainfo.mijnhva.nl en hva.nl/coronainfo. Hier vind je ook de meestgestelde vragen die dagelijks worden geactualiseerd.
• Mocht je vraag niet beantwoord worden op deze sites en kan je leidinggevende je ook niet verder helpen, dan kun je per mail contact opnemen met coronainfo@hva.nl. Maar check eerst de meestgestelde vragen op de hierboven genoemde websites, anders raakt de mailbox overbelast en duurt het lang voordat je een antwoord krijgt.
• Als het gaat om landelijke informatie kun je kijken op de websites van het RIVM, het Ministerie van Onderwijs, Cultuur en Wetenschap, het Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken en de GGD.

Heel veel evenementen zijn afgelast. Dat geldt ook voor de Kennisparade die op 21 april stond gepland. Het evenement wordt verplaatst naar een andere datum, waarschijnlijk in 2021.

You’re receiving this newsletter because life – both at the AUAS and beyond – has changed dramatically in a very short period of time. Employees and students are largely working from, and studying, at home. Across the AUAS, we are working on creative solutions to ensure that education can continue. We should be proud of this. For the time being, the AUAS newsletter is going to show how we’re working during the corona crisis. This means that, in addition to the current, factual information, we will also focus on the inspiring stories and experiences of colleagues. For example, how are lecturers experiencing the process of offering digital education from home - with children, cats, dogs and/or other housemates nearby? How does working from home affect our cooperation and contact with colleagues? What tips do you have for keeping work and collaboration fun and inspiring?

Our aim is to publish the AUAS newsletter twice a week – including a selection of English-language news items. We will also show the perspective of the faculties and service departments. So that everyone can see what is happening outside their own degree programme, faculty and service department. Do you have any ideas or do you have a tip for a great story? Please first check whether your question is included in the FAQs on the sites mentioned above – otherwise the mailbox will become overloaded and it will take a long time to provide a response.
